Electronic Pre-press

Using the EscoArtwork Art Pro system, our pre-press department is streamlined to process electronic files quickly and efficiently. With precise image assembly and digital proofing, we can provide shorter turn cycles for proof approval in order to proceed to plating and printing. By combining this system with Heidelberg’s press link, we offer color proofs that are directly calibrated to our presses for faster set-ups and minimal set-up waste on press. The final component of pre-press is plating and we have been using the film less computer to plate technology since 2004 and replacing photo chemicals with biodegradable ones. The all digital workflow means you get better quality with faster throughput at a lower cost.
